View, manage, and create tasks on the go using List view on Mobile.
Changes made to a List view on Mobile will instantly update the same view on other devices.

List view is available on all ClickUp Plans.
Guests can use List view.

Access List views
See any existing List views you've created on web or mobile.
You can access List views from the Sidebar:
Swipe right from the left side of your screen or tap the Sidebar menu icon to reveal the Sidebar.
Browse to a Space, Folder, or List in your Workspace.
Tap the view button displayed under the name of the location.
Select a List view.
Browse, search, and open tasks in List view
You can view and open tasks in List view.
Browse tasks
Scroll through your List view to find tasks.
Tip: Rotate your device between portrait and landscape orientation to see more information on your screen!
Search for tasks
You can search for tasks in List view on Mobile.
Tap the Filter button at the top-right.
Tap Search.
Type in the name of the task you're looking for.
The List view will display tasks with that name!
Open tasks
Simply tap on a task to open it! Closing the task will return you to the List view.
Create tasks in List view
Scroll to the end of each group of tasks and tap + Add new Task to create a new task in the List with the matching grouping settings.
For example, if your List view is grouped by status. You create a new task by tapping the button at the end of the In Progress status group. The draft version of your new task will automatically display the status In Progress.
Move tasks in List view
You can drag and drop tasks into different groups to update them.
For example, you can drag a task from the To Do status group into the In Progress status group. The task status will update to In Progress.
