Use Dashboards on Mobile

View Dashboards on the go with our ClickUp Mobile App!

You can view any Dashboard on your mobile device or tablet. Create a Dashboard on the web, then take it with you anywhere you need to go!

On mobile, you can use Chat widgets to communicate with your team, edit Text Block widgets, and browse, create, and edit tasks from your Task List widgets.

What you'll need

• 100 uses of Dashboards are available on the Free Forever Plan.

• Unlimited uses of Dashboards are available on the Unlimited Plan and above.

• Some widgets are only available on the Business Plan and above (which ones?).

Almost all of our Dashboard widgets are available to view on mobile. We're working on adding the following widgets, and the ability to edit Dashboard widgets soon:

View Dashboards on Mobile

Any Dashboard filters and widget filters will apply when viewing your Dashboards on our Mobile App!

To view Dashboards on your mobile device:

1. Open the ClickUp Mobile App.

2. Open the Sidebar by swiping right from the left side of your screen or tapping the Sidebar icon.

3. Tap Dashboards.

4. You can search for a specific Dashboards using the Search field.

5. You'll see the Favorite Dashboards, My Dashboards, and Shared Dashboards sections just like on web.
   
   

   

6. Expand the section to find the Dashboard you want to view.

7. Tap on a Dashboard to view it.

8. Scroll up and down to view your widgets.

9. Tap View more to view an individual widget in full screen mode.

Add a Dashboard to Favorites

Add a Dashboard as a Favorite, which adds it to your Favorites on web and to the Favorite dashboards section under Dashboards in the Sidebar.

1. Open the ClickUp Mobile App.

2. Open the Sidebar by swiping right from the left side of your screen or tapping the Sidebar icon.

3. Tap Dashboards.

4. Expand each section or search for the Dashboards you want to add to Favorites.

5. Tap the ellipsis ... icon next to a Dashboard.

6. Tap Add to favorites.

7. The Dashboard will appear as a Favorite!

Rename a Dashboard

1. Open the ClickUp Mobile App.

2. Open the Sidebar by swiping right from the left side of your screen or tapping the Sidebar icon.

3. Tap Dashboards.

4. Expand each section or search for the Dashboard you want to rename.

5. Tap the ellipsis ... icon next to a Dashboard.

6. Tap Rename.

7. Enter the new name.

8. Tap Done.

9. Your Dashboard will be renamed!

Use Dashboard widgets on Mobile

You can interact with Chat widgets and Task List widgets on mobile.

Chat widgets

Tap View more on a Chat widget to:

• Add comments

• Assign and react to comments

• Edit, copy, and delete comments.

Task List widgets

Tap View more on a Task List widget to:

• View a list of tasks shown on the widget

• View tasks

• Create new tasks.

• Tap + Add column to display additional task fields just like in List view on Mobile.

Text Block widgets

Tap on a text widget to add and edit with rich text formatting options including:

• Headings: H1, H2, and H3

• Rich text: Bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, inline code formatting, and quote blocks.

• Alignment: Indent and set text to left, center, or right justified.

• Lists: Format text into bulleted, check, numbered lists
