Need to update the debit card or credit card you use for ClickUp?

If you're on our Free Forever Plan, we don't need a payment method on file. If you decide to upgrade to one of our paid plans, we'll get the details from you as you complete the upgrade process!

Add a new card

Note: You must be the Workspace owner or an admin to access the billing settings in your Workspace.

  1. Click on your Avatar in the lower left corner

  2. Select Billing

  3. Scroll down the Payment Method section

  4. Click Add Card

  5. Enter your card information including:

    1. Card number

    2. Expiration Date

    3. CVV code

    4. Postal Code (optional)

  6. Click Add Card

Set a default card

After adding a new card, simply click on Set as Default to use the newly added card as the default payment method for your ClickUp Workspace.

When your Workspace is due for renewal, or you add additional member seats, we'll charge your default card.

FAQ

Will other members of my Workspace have access to my credit card information?

No. Only the Workspace owner and admins have access to the billing page in your Workspace settings.

The only information available on that page is:

  • The last four digits of the card number

  • The expiration date (mm/yy)

Is it safe to enter my credit card details into ClickUp?

ClickUp maintains ongoing PCI compliance, abiding by stringent industry standards for storing, processing, and transmitting credit card information online.
