Burnup & Burndown Widgets

  1. Click + Add Widget
  2. Select Sprints
  3. Select Burnup or Burndown
  4. Name your Widget
  5. Under Source, select Sprints ClickApp to filter only for Sprints
  6. Under Sprint, navigate through the Hierarchy to select the Sprints you want used
    - We suggest selecting Current Sprint so the widget will be updated every time a new sprint starts based on your sprint cadence.
  7. Time Range will automatically update to show the date range of the Sprints you have selected.
  8. Choose how you want to view your X-axis (Days are suggested)
  9. Under Amount of work, select from a variety of fields like Sprint Points, Sprint Points CF (a Custom Field), or tasks
  10. Adjust the toggles if you want to include subtasks and archived tasks
  11. Decide whether you want to include Tasks in Multiple Lists (On is suggested)

Note: Select multiple Sprints even if they aren't in the same Folder because the chart is only showing you a total amount of work completed.

Velocity Widgets

  2. Select Sprints
  3. Select Velocity
  4. Name your Widget
  5. Under Source, select Sprints ClickApp to filter only for Sprints

  10. Adjust the toggles if you want to include subtasks and archived tasks
  11. Decide whether you want to include tasks in multiple lists. We suggest turning this on.

Note: You can only select from Sprints within the same Folder because this widget is meant to show your average amount of work completed for the time period you defined.

Update an existing widget

If you already have some Sprint widgets created, simply update the settings to show the data for Sprints.

  1. Open your Dashboard
  2. Click the ... in the top right corner of the widget
  3. Select the Settings icon for that widget
  4. Follow the steps above to make the selections for the widget you want to update

Note: To ensure your data is summarized correctly and that your widgets refresh, organize the Sprints you want summarized into a Folder. The current Sprint cannot be automatically summarized on the Space level.
