How to Access Home

To access Home, simply click on the home icon located at the top left of the app. You can also click on the ClickUp logo to get you there.

Home Features

Calendar & Google Calendar Events

Scheduled tasks and Google Calendar events are displayed alongside your tasks and reminders. Choose which Google Calendars to display and sync in real-time. Plus, if you're using Zoom or Google Hangouts, you'll save more time than ever using one-click to join a meeting.

You can also view subtasks, show future recurring tasks, and create any tasks directly on the calendar. Use the ... menu to update your display or click directly onto the calendar to create.

Note: Showing subtasks + future recurring tasks is currently only available on our Unlimited plan and above.

See your Agenda for the day to know exactly what to focus on! Agenda works by displaying all the tasks and reminders that are scheduled for the day. Once a task or reminder is complete or moved to a done status, the item is cleared from the Agenda.

My Work

If you enjoyed using our old Inbox, then you're going to love this new widget in Home!

View everything in a more organized way with your My Work widget! All of your tasks and reminders are grouped by today, overdue, next, and unscheduled. Create new tasks or reminders in any of these groups. Sort each group by status, priority, due dates, and more!

The My Work widget only includes tasks and reminders that are assigned to you.

Today: items that are due today, items that have a start date of today or earlier and no due date

Overdue: items with a due date in the past

Next: items with a start and/or due date in the future

Unscheduled: items without a start or due date

With the Comment tab, assigned comments are displayed in one area so action items don't get lost in your notifications.

With the Done tab, you will see all completed tasks and reminders that were assigned to you. Both 'Done' status and 'Closed' status tasks will appear here.

You can change the sorting of these tasks and reminders on the right side. You can also change whether or not to include reminders.

See where you've been mentioned by clicking the @Mentions button on the top right of the Home screen.

The @Mentions button also features a badge that shows you how many uncleared @Mention notifications you have outstanding.

Clear your @Mention notifications right from Home by opening your @Mentions and clicking on the clear comment button.

Quickly access your top trending tasks. This list of tasks dynamically updates using machine learning, always showing your most relevant tasks first.

Keep your priorities focused by building your daily schedules or standup agendas right inside ClickUp. Organize your own to-do list or ask a manager to help clear up what you should work on next.

Drag and Drop

To Reorder

Drag and drop tasks and reminders to reorder them! By default, you'll be able to do this in the Today group, but you can enable it for any group by changing sorting to Custom (Drag and Drop).

To Reschedule

Move tasks and reminders between any group to quickly change dates! For example, drag items from the today group into the next group when you're not ready to work on a task today.

To Agenda & Calendar

You have unprecedented powers to schedule your day, your way. You can:

  • Drag Tasks from any section onto the Calendar to schedule it

  • Move tasks & events on the Calendar to reschedule

  • Resize tasks & events directly on the calendar
