View a high-level activity report for your team! Pulse allows you to see your entire team at a glance, so you can see who is online and what they're working on.

What you'll need

  • A Workspace owner or admin will need to enable the Pulse ClickApp.

  • 100 uses of Pulse are available on the Free Forever Plan.

  • Unlimited uses of Pulse are available on all paid Plans.

  • Guests cannot access Pulse.

Enable the Pulse ClickApp

Workspace owners and admins can enable the Pulse ClickApp for your Workspace.

  1. Click your Workspace avatar in the lower-left corner.

  2. Select ClickApps.

  3. Browse or search for the Pulse ClickApp.

  4. Click the Pulse ClickApp to enable it in your Workspace.

  5. Click Options to select who can access Pulse:

    • Members only (excluding guests): Everyone other than guests can access Pulse.

    • Admins only: Only Workspace owners and admins can access Pulse.

Access Pulse

To access Pulse, click Pulse in the Sidebar.

Change dates

You can view Pulse data for specific days.

Select a date by:

  • Clicking the date field in the upper-right corner to select a specific date.

  • Or, using the arrow icons to skip backward and forward one day at a time.

View who is online per hour

See when your team is most active with the Who's Online bar chart. The times on the x-axis are displayed in your personal timezone.

Hover over a column on the chart to see how many users were online for each hour.

View who is online and what they're working on

You can see who is online and offline right now by expanding the Online and Offline groups.

  • Search: find specific people and see what they're working on.

  • Show or hide guests: shows guests who are online and offline.

  • Show or hide details: displays the most recent tasks each person has been working on.

  • When details are hidden, you can also click on each person's avatar to reveal their details.

Manage Pulse

Workspace owners and admins can manage Pulse settings by clicking on the ellipsis ... icon. Guests cannot access Pulse.

  • Select Permissions and update who can access Pulse.

    • Members only (no guests): Workspace members, admins, and owners can access Pulse.

    • Admins only: Only Workspace owners and admins can access Pulse.

  • Click Pulse settings to open the ClickApp settings page to disable Pulse in a Workspace.
