What you'll need
This feature is available on every ClickUp Plan!
Everyone, including guests, can create Embed views.
Note: Guests must have Can edit or Full permissions to add views.
Create an Embed view
You can create an Embed view using either a URL or HTML.
Here is a list of supported options:

Embed via URL
Many apps allow you to embed their content via a simple URL. For example, you'll be able to give ClickUp a video link and the player will automatically load into your view.
To add an Embed view using a URL:
Click + View.
Select Embed.
Tip: You can enter a name for the view here by choosing Enter name at the top of your screen.
Enter any URL or choose one of the most used apps from the options and enter its URL.
Optional: Check the Private view box if you don't want anyone else to access this view or the Pin view box if you want the view to always display in your Views Bar.
Click Add View.
Embed via HTML
You can customize your embeds with HTML!
To add an Embed view using HTML:
Click + View.
Select Embed.
Tip: You can enter a name for the view here by choosing Enter name at the top of your screen.
Click the Embed HTML radio button.
Enter your HTML.
Optional: Check the Private view box if you don't want anyone else to access this view or the Pin view box if you want the view to always display in your Views Bar.
Click Add View.
Real-World Examples
Here are a few examples of how we use Embed views at ClickUp!
Content Management: Google Sheets
At ClickUp, we track landing page versions and updated dates in Google Sheets. That's why we added a Google Sheets Embed view on the List that contains tasks for optimizing our site's pages!
Instructional Videos: YouTube
We work on features in Lists in ClickUp. Whenever a new feature is given to the engineering team, instructional videos are added alongside the task list via Embed views.
Roadmap: Google Sheet
In our roadmap Folder, we've added an HTML Embed view with our feedback board that lets us check for updates, comment, and make changes for our audience without leaving ClickUp.
